Always Prepared
Per Clean
Entrance and exit glass doors and frames
Empty and clean all ashtrays and garbage
Sweep and mop the vestibule floors
Vacuum all carpeted areas and clean walls
Wipe clean and polish as necessary
Offices/Classrooms
Hand dust and wipe clean with damp or treated cloth all office furniture, fixtures, paneling, window sills
Empty all trash receptacles replacing trash liners
Wash clean and polish all drinking fountains
Clean all telephones with treated cloth
Carpeted areas will be thoroughly vacuumed and spot cleaned.
Attention to Detail
Restrooms
Mop rinse and dry floors nightly with approved
disinfectant
Empty and sanitize all waste baskets and sanitary disposals
Clean all mirrors, bright-work and enameled surfaces
Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, cleaning undersides of rim and seats.
Refill toilet tissue, hand towel, sanitary napkin, and hand soap dispensers
Public Areas
Vacuum entrance mats
Empty and clean all waste receptacles
Dust / wipe door handles and light switches
Wipe clean and polish all metal hardware fixtures and other bright work.
